Cancellation Policy

1. Treatment Schedule EMSCULPT NEO® is most effective as a series of 4 treatments, typically spaced 5–10 days apart. It’s important to follow the recommended schedule for best results. 2. What to Expect Each session lasts about 30 minutes and involves intense, deep muscle contractions paired with heat to help build muscle and reduce fat. You’ll feel a strong but tolerable pulsing sensation during treatment. 3. Pre-Treatment Guidelines • Wear comfortable clothing. You may be asked to remove items with metal near the treatment area. • Hydrate well before your session. • Eat a light meal beforehand — do not come on an empty stomach. 4. Post-Treatment Care • There’s no downtime — you can resume normal activities right after. • Some clients feel mild muscle soreness (similar to a workout) for 1–2 days. • Continue staying hydrated and follow any recommendations from your provider. 5. Medical Considerations Please inform us if you have any of the following: • Pacemaker or metal implants near the treatment area • Active hernia or recent surgery • Neurological conditions or epilepsy • Pregnancy or nursing Your provider will review a health questionnaire with you prior to starting.
