Cancellation Policy

1. Session Validity: All session packs must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after this period. 2. Scheduling: Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions in advance. We recommend spacing sessions 1–3 weeks apart for best results. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. 4. Non-Refundable: All session packs are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. 5. Commitment to Results: These packs are designed to support long-term cognitive improvements. Consistency and follow-through are key to achieving optimal outcomes.
